Are You a Wandering Pilgrim?

Are you a wandering pilgrim,
Lost in the dark land, Despai,r
Fearing imag’nary tyrants
Who wait to seize you right there?

Are you despondent and timid,
Fearful to trust in the Lord?
Christ’s strength is fully sufficient.
On you His strength can be poured.

You must not tremble at giants;
You must not fear in the throng.
God, the omnipotent reigneth.
In Him, you too can be strong.
