“Phonautographs” were patented in 1857 by Edouard-Leon Scott de Martinville. In 1898, D L Moody, 61 years old at the time, recorded what is known as the oldest recording of a preacher. Since then, millions of sermons in hundreds of languages digitally exist. We strive by God’s grace to collect and spread sermons by preachers (old and contemporary) that are Bible in context. We strive to reflect the body of Christ in having a mixture of teachers, helpers (including encouragers), and exhorters, as well as Evangelists. May God bless young and old through this site.
