Do not look at someone else and say — if he can have those views and prosper, why cannot I?  You have to walk in the light of the word of God and the view given you from God and not compare yourself with others or judge them, that is between them and God, as Jesus said to Peter, What is it to thee? Follow you, Me. When you find that a point of view (church doctrines; the way you view Christ because of your background and belief system) in which you have delighted and found comfort in, clashes with the word of God and sound biblical doctrine and you start to debate, certain things will begin to develop in you — things of which Jesus Christ made nothing. He was always against these things as being the root of everything alien to Himself.

You can never be the same after the unveiling of a truth … and that is what the Bible does … show you the truth of false viewpoints that mankind developed because they are scared of Biblical truth.
