Seconds are going never been stopping
You want things to be done always hoping
Seconds go by so fast why do they not last
If only time could stay longer my friend
But it goes on and on no waiting end

Minutes are flowing your impatience is growing
Traffic is always too slow and the day flying too fast
If you glance back the day has passed
The week gone and weekends never last
So much to do so little time
Not even a small piece of it I can call mine

Hours became days and days go by
Your life is gone in a blink of an eye
When you think back what did life give
Gave you a moment—one moment to breathe
Before death takes you to leave
To an eternity of death or life if Jesus you did please
