Keith was radically saved as a young man in his early twenties and called into ministry. After theological training, God opened doors first in South Africa and across the world as he served in the Africa Evangelistic Band. Thousands of souls were reached over the years. God had inspired him to memorize large sections of Scripture shortly after his salvation and one of his avenues of ministry was to quote books or large sections of the Bible leading people into an awed sense of the greatness and holiness of God. Often the conviction of God fell upon an audience. He married in 1979 and his wife Jenny served alongside him, especially in the later years of ministry.
