Born in New York, Owen Roberts grew up with a strong call into the ministry and trained at three institutions to prepare him to work for the Master. Owen Roberts is known as the Founder of the International Awakening Ministries as well as serving as its president for many years. He had a deep interest in revivals and wrote many books on this subject. He pastored several churches across America including Oregon, Idaho, California and Washington. He was also deeply interested in the Old Spiritual Literature and with much study in this field was an expert on these works.
