The beautiful snow
So dazzling and bright

The beautiful snow
So dazzling and bright
Has brought to this world
Some gladness and light.
It covered the dirt,
The filth and the brown,
And gave everything
A golden white crown.
The trees seem to break
And hang down so low,
But they must not mind
The beautiful snow.
It seems to give peace
Where all is so dark,
It lands anywhere
And leaves not a mark.
I think now of Jesus
So pure and so white,
Who came down to die
And bring us the light.
So if you would be
As white as the snow,
Just trust now in Jesus
He’ll heal all your woe.
He’ll cleanse all your sin
And make you as white,
As the beautiful snow
So dazzling and bright.
