There are not many hymns where the first letter in the first line a ‘V’ is although ‘V’s’ are found throughout the bodies of many hymns.
‘Veiled in Darkness’ by Douglas LeTell Rights, is a hear rending call on God to pierce the darkness and bring relief as He did so many times in the Old Testament. It is a poignant hymn which can encourage the soul.
