Nita Brainard has always had a deep interest in literature and through her husband’s love of the early works of the Christian fathers she had very valuable collectors’ books readily at hand to read study from. She was known for her zeal to impact young lives with the Gospel and had a ready ear to listen to anyone who needed counsel. She has written many poems which had been a blessing to those who have read them.
