Christian Family Camp 2025
Jeremiah 50:4 “In those days and at that time, declares the LORD, the children of Israel and the children of Judah will come together, weeping as they come, and will seek the LORD their God.
Four years ago, our hearts were filled with hope and gratitude as we witnessed the revival of the Family Bible Camp in Mount Vernon, Missouri. After a two-year pause—brought about by the homegoing of our beloved brother, Keith Daniel, and the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic—God, in His faithfulness, made a way for this precious gathering to return. And what a blessing it has been! The camp has once again become a beacon of hope, a place of spiritual renewal, and a sanctuary where lives are transformed by the power of the Word of God.
The years of its absence left a deep longing in the hearts of many. One older gentleman, though advanced in years, carried an unwavering faith and prayed fervently for its revival. His prayer echoes the promise found in James 5:16: “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” And God answered. A small church stepped forward in obedience, offering their hands and hearts to bring the camp back to life. What seemed impossible became a testimony of God’s ability to “do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20).
Now, as we prepare for the fourth camp since its return, we are reminded that this is not our work but the Lord’s. In Psalm 127:1, we are told, “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” We trust Him to continue guiding and providing, knowing that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).
As we look ahead, we invite you to join us in prayer and preparation, asking God to bless this camp with His presence and power. May it remain a place where hearts are softened, lives are changed, and Christ is glorified for years to come. To Him be the glory forever and ever!

Family Bible Camp Details
The Family Bible Camp is a ministry rooted in faith and fellowship, providing an opportunity for individuals and families to grow closer to God and one another. This spirit reflects Acts 20:35: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
Accommodation Options
We aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all who attend.
- Rooms are available for individuals and families, with provisions for children under 6 to stay freely, reminding us of Christ’s love for the little ones (Matthew 19:14).
- RV sites are also available, offering convenient access to the campgrounds. Early reservations are encouraged due to limited availability, as Proverbs 21:5 reminds us, “The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness, but of every one that is hasty only to want.
Meals
Meals will be prepared with care and offered at camp. We rely on the Lord’s abundant provision to meet these needs, trusting in His promise from Psalm 37:25: “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”
How to Reserve
To reserve your place, please email familybiblecamps@gmail.com or text / WhatsApp 417-554-3727 or fill in the form online or via pdf. Our team will gladly assist you, hopefully reflecting the servant-hearted spirit of Galatians 5:13: “Serve one another humbly in love.”
What to Expect
The Family Bible Camp is a time to set aside the cares of the world and focus on eternal things. The weekend will center on:
- Salvation: The greatest gift, freely given through Jesus Christ (John 3:16).
- Spiritual Growth: Nurturing faith and growing in grace, as encouraged in 2 Peter 3:18.
- Prayer: Drawing near to God in heartfelt communication (James 4:8).
- Soul Winning: Carrying out the Great Commission to share the Gospel (Matthew 28:19-20).
- Bible Teaching: Exploring the timeless truths of Scripture that guide our daily lives (Psalm 119:105).
In addition to these spiritual focus areas, there will be time for fellowship and family bonding. Activities include:
- Singing around the campfire, lifting voices in joyful praise (Colossians 3:16).
- Group prayer, uniting hearts in intercession and thanksgiving (Acts 1:14).
- Shared meals, fostering community and love (Acts 2:46).
- Family activities designed to strengthen relationships and create lasting memories.
We look forward to welcoming you and your family to this sacred gathering. As Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” Come, and let us seek Him together for a time of refreshing, renewal, and joy!
How Can You Get Involved?
a) Pray
The greatest gift you can give to the Family Bible Camp is your prayers. Commit to lifting up this gathering before the Lord with your family and church. Pray for revival, for the salvation of souls, and for God’s Word to go forth with power.
We also invite you to join our monthly half-night online prayer group for focused intercession. Together, we wIll call upon the Lord, trusting His promise in Jeremiah 33:3: “Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” For details on how to participate, please contact us.
As we are reminded, “If you do not believe in prayer, you do not believe in God.” Let us be a people who seek Him diligently, for James 5:16 assures us, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
b) Spread the Word
Become an ambassador for the camp by sharing its mission and details with those who may be interested. Whether it’s your family, friends, or church, invite them to come and be blessed. Let us heed the words of Matthew 5:14-16: “You are the light of the world… let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
c) Volunteer
The Lord has said, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few” (Matthew 9:37). Many prayers have gone up asking for laborers to help with the work of the camp. If God places it on your heart to assist with administrative tasks, event preparation, or on-site activities during the camp, we would deeply value your support.
There is joy in serving the Lord, and your willingness to lend a helping hand can make an eternal impact. Remember, 1 Corinthians 15:58 encourages us: “Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”
If you have any questions or feel led to get involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, through prayer, service, and fellowship, we trust that God will use this camp for His glory and the building of His Kingdom
